Tilt adjusts 30 degrees forward or back while the height adjusts to 4.13", 4.88", or 5.63". The locking mechanism either holds the footrest in preferred position or allows you to rock back and forth to encourage lower leg movement. No bending or stooping—footrest adjusts using only foot pressure.
